The things people ask before signing up
What happens when I hit the free plan limit?
Nothing breaks. The fourth invoice in a month waits as a draft until the next month, or until you upgrade. We do not send it and then bill you for it.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then Cancel plan. Two clicks, no email, no retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you take a percentage of my invoices?
No. You pay the flat monthly price and nothing else. Your payment processor takes its own fee, which goes to them and not to us.
Can I get my data out?
CSV and QuickBooks export are on every plan, including the free one. There is no export fee and no waiting period.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month. Annual plans run twelve months and then renew, and the renewal date is shown in Settings.
